Runners, walkers, and agencies all need to register for the Great Human Race. On this page you will find all of the information you need to become a participant in this 13th annual fundraising run and walk to benefit Triangle area nonprofits.
There are three ways to register:
- Register online using our Active.com program
- Through the mail by completing a registration form [WORD] and returning it to:
The Volunteer Center of Durham
136 E Chapel Hill St
Durham, NC 27701
- At the Durham Bulls Athletic Park on race day beginning at 8:00am. On-site registration closes at 9:00 a.m.
Individual walkers who are walking to support an agency do NOT need to register or pay a fee for the event. Only walkers who wish to walk in the competitive race or walkers who are not affiliated with an agency need to follow the instructions below. If you are a walker supporting an agency, contact that organization's race coordinator for race day information.
There are three ways to register:
- If you would like to walk during the competitive run portion of the race and have your results timed and recorded, register online at Active.com. We ask that you please start at the back of the group of runners. Register now!
- If you do not want your results timed but plan instead to walk with the nonprofit walk portion of the event, register through the mail by completing a printed registration form [WORD] and returning it to:
